Brian Siemsen
Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer
Brian Siemsen is the Founder and Group CEO of Wilbur, a leading insurtech company delivering intelligent claims and customer experience solutions to the global insurance market. Brian has spent over two decades building technology that transforms how insurers manage and resolve claims with speed, transparency, and efficiency.
He is also the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Claim Central Group, which he established in 2000. Through his vision and leadership, the business has expanded into key international markets including the United States, South Africa, and New Zealand. Brian has led major funding initiatives and strategic acquisitions to scale the group’s reach and capability.
Widely regarded as a thought leader in the insurance and technology sectors, Brian is a regular speaker and panelist at industry events across the globe. His work has earned him multiple awards including Ernst & Young’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012. In 2020, Claim Central Group was recognised as one of Australia’s Most Innovative Companies by the Australian Financial Review, ranking at number seven.

Steven Trope
Chief Operating Officer
Steven brings over two decades of leadership and operations experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Wilbur. With a track record spanning global healthcare and enterprise technology, Steven ensures our operational engine runs with precision and purpose.
At Wilbur, he leads the charge on scalable service delivery, client performance, and internal operations making sure our clients experience consistency, reliability, and outcomes that align with the growing demands of modern claims. His data-driven mindset and strategic approach help Wilbur stay ahead of complexity without compromising compliance or service.
Steven’s leadership is marked by calm execution, smart growth, and a deep understanding of what it takes to support enterprise clients at scale.

Arun Shankar
Chief Product & Alliance Officer
Arun Shankar has over 18+ years experience in the insurance industry, implementing and delivering products and technologies across the globe.
Arun is an experienced Business Architect with extensive knowledge in insurance claims automation, claims process, sales & service platforms and insurance product implementations. He has worked globally, acquiring deep insurance knowledge of various markets and implementing policy admin and claims applications in the USA, Europe and the Asia Pacific markets. His experience includes being an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, Lead Business Analyst at Royal Sun Alliance (Scandinavian countries), legacy system archival, and underwriting risks at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance.
Arun led the build and implementation of the Wilbur solution globally and was appointed as Chief Product Officer in September 2022. He leads the product vision, roadmap and execution of a cohesive product strategy aligned with the overall business and tech strategy.

Ed Kenny
Senior VP of Livegenic – Global
Ed has spent his entire professional career in the insurance industry. Over 20+ years, he’s worked in several specifications, including auto and property claims (Liberty Mutual/Utica National), and software solution vendors (CCC Information Services/Crawford Contractor Connection). He brings to his current role knowledge of working with industry best processes, client alignment strategy, solution based selling practices, the impact of technology improvement advancements, and team account management.
Ed’s responsibilities include overseeing sales, account management and delivery across the United States, North America, and global clientele, focused on growing new business, expanding existing relationships, managing new clients, and ensuring that all partners and policyholders are receiving an exceptional client experience using our solutions.
He holds a BBA in Finance from Radford University in Radford, Virginia.
